Silgan’s 100% recyclable Steel Chill-Cups TM were designed to replace single use plastic cups. The Steel Chill-Cups TM are intended for a single
use however, due to the sturdy design, the cups can be reused multiple times if they are hand washed and hand dried.
Steel Chill-Cups are not safe for
microwave or other heating device usage

ORDER PROCESS
- You can place the order from the website OR send an email request to [email protected] by submitting quantity, bottle color,
request ship date, ship to address, and attached vector files. - A Proforma Invoice and payment instructions will be provided with total cost, including estimated freight, and copy of digital proof for
approval. Both order details and Proof must be approved. Please allow 1-3 business days - Upon receipt of approval, credit card will be charged and order will go into production
queue. - Once complete and ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
LEAD TIME
- Standard lead time for order less than 1,440 is 1 to 2 weeks.
- RUSH order is available and additional fee may apply. Contact Sales Department for
scheduling and shipping options.
QUANTITY
- Minimum order is 250 cups.
- Our overage / underage policy conforms to industry standard of +/- 5%.
SHIPPING
- Orders less than 100 lbs will ship FedEX Ground. Orders greater than 100 lbs have an option to ship LTL freight.
- Freight charges are provided in the pro forma invoice and is subject to change based on order requirements or change orders.
- Blind shipping is available upon request.
FAQ
WHAT FORMAT ARE REQUIRED FOR ARTWORK FILES?
- EUMI Ventures recommends using vector artwork with an Adobe Illustrator, AI, EPS or PDF file format. Please have all fonts
outlined or embedded in the artwork to ensure you have the exact font, size, and style that you want. - If no vector format is provided, an additional charge may apply for redraw.
PMS COLOR MATCHING
- EUMI Ventures can match colors in the Pantone Matching System (PMS) Solid Coated series. Color matching within +/- one PMS shade
will be considered acceptable. Due to the interaction of the product color and ink color, there may be color variations when printing on
a product or background that is not colored white.
PRINT REGISTRATION
- For products requiring multi-color imprints, print registration shifting of up to +/- 1/16” (1.5mm) may occur.
PAYMENTS
- Credit Card will be charged upon receipt of proof and pro forma invoice approval. A 3% transaction fee is applied.
- ACH payment is available, please follow payment instruction provided during order entry process.
- Sales Tax is applied with each order. Customers who provide a resale exemption form (with a valid state-issued resale tax ID number)
or tax exemption certificate to avoid paying sales tax.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR ORDER REVISIONS
- Order Cancellation must be made in writing. Buyer agrees to pay EUMI Ventures for all production labor costs and any raw
material costs incurred if the Order Cancellation is received after production of the order has started. - Any Change Orders (including changes to artwork, order quantity, or product packaging) must be made in writing. Change
Orders submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled Print Date may result in a $200.00 Change Fee. EUMI Ventures will notify
Buyer in writing before applying a Change Fee to the Buyer’s order.
ORDER COMPLETIONS
- Completed orders shall be shipped from EUMI Ventures warehouse within five business days after the order is completed.
EUMI Ventures will not be liable for any other fees or expenses (including reimbursement for production time, lost sales, etc.)
due to delays with order completion.
